Instructions
  1. Prep all your salad ingredients.
  2. Place all salad ingredients into a large bowl or container.
  3. To chiffinade the basil, take the biggest leaf on the bottom and place all the other leaves on top. Roll up like a cigar and slice through into coins.
  4. In a separate bowl, make the dressing by combining all ingredients (except the olive oil) together..
  5. Whisk well.
  6. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, continuously whisking.
  7. Pour dressing over salad.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 6 hours or even better, overnight!
  10. Enjoy! Will keep up to 5 days in fridge.
